What is the best time of day to post?

t discovered Chris Prillo, and in the short time I've been acquainted with him - I'm quite confidant that he is AWESOME!    As an example of his awesomeness, here's a snippet, (video below).  Basically, he suggests that bloggers should be deliberate about the time and day that they post content, and that the best time for a blogger's audience should be discovered through experimentation and observation.   (For example, he picked 3pm Pacific time for his live daily video report because both coasts will likely be home from work/school.)    What do you think ~ do you agree?

Anyway ~ the video isn't necessarily earth shattering ~9 but, he's just so darn cute!    I can't wait to dig deeper into his archives....  (Wait. That sounded weird(?))   What I mean is ~  it looks like he has tons of great knowledge, is super fun, and a  prolific share-er to boot.
