Referral Traffic Trends

Referral Traffic Trends, per Mashable
  • July 2011 to January 2012 Pinterest Referral Traffic increased 0.17% to 3.6%   (Massive growth)
  • Twitter:     3.61% of referral traffic
  • Facebook: 26.4% of referral traffic, (4.3% from Facebook Mobile)
  • YouTube: 1.05%
  • Google+:  Declined from 0.24% of referrals to 0.22%  in past month
  • Google:    Declined from 3.69% to 3.62%

New Question: How do Subscribers Affect "The Bottom Line"

Curious, if folks have subscribed via RSS and the such, and content is being sent directly to them, those folks wouldn't be counted as "visits" ~ correct? (I mean, why would they?) And if that's the case, and traffic is a goal, could that be considered counterproductive in certain situations? Just a thought....
